Please remember to give your body a couple of days at high altitudes before doing any strenuous exercise. The higher altitude offers less oxygen and will cause you to dehydrate quicker.

There are 3 Unique Sections
There are three sections of this bike ride event in Lake Tahoe. The first is called the Most Beautiful, which features a 72-mile route, where bikers ride around Lake Tahoe counterclockwise.
Riders pass through some of the region’s most breathtaking natural features, such as Fallen Leaf Lake, Cascade Falls, and Emerald Bay.
Next is the Most Mileage which is ideal for individuals who want to make the most of their trip because it is 100 miles long and includes a journey to the town of Truckee.
This course offers a spectacular landscape that is not to be missed, with gorgeous views along the route. This route is ideal for you whether you are an expert rider or a beginner.
And the third one, the Most Unique, Scenic, and Fun Ride, features a 35-mile journey. It is perfect for those looking for a chill yet memorable bike ride.
The journey is unbelievably thrilling, and the landscape is stunning. Everyone should take part in this unique journey at least once.
After the unforgettable bike ride, cyclists gather at the starting/finish line at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to celebrate with an after-party.
