Live Music and Good Food
There are often several rodeo events happening simultaneously, like barrel racing and bull riding. Additionally, there are usually other attractions like food stands and live music.
So whether someone is interested in the rodeo itself or just wants to eat some good food and listen to some tunes, they’ll be able to have a good time at the Pro Rodeo.
The Truckee Pro Rodeo’s objectives are to give our community a joyful, pleasurable experience and to support other regional charities.
Everybody who attends one of our events should have a great time. Everyone who attends our rodeo should leave with enduring memories and the desire to return for more.
One thing I enjoyed about this event is the fact that they also let kids experience the event. I once brought my kids to the Truckee Pro Rodeo and they just love being part of the event.

Truckee Pro Rodeo Association
The Truckee Pro Rodeo Association is a non-profit with 501(c)(3) status that is totally staffed by volunteers.
All the passionate group of volunteers puts forth a lot of effort to make sure the rodeo runs efficiently. They work nonstop to make the rodeo possible; they cannot be thanked enough.
Truckee Professional Rodeo Association seeks to strengthen and better the neighborhood by offering a variety of rodeo-related activities and events that are fun and beneficial for everyone.
This includes holding professional rodeos, providing educational opportunities, and raising knowledge of the sport of rodeo among the general public.
They also donate yearly to other local organizations because they believe it’s crucial to protect the neighborhood’s Western history.
They think it’s important to uphold their traditions and give back to the community, believing that by donating, they are helping to create a better future for everyone in the community.
