What Are the Snowshoe Cocktail Races?

Held on the picturesque beach in front of The Grove Restaurant at Camp Richardson Resort, participants don snowshoes and carry trays of mock cocktails as they navigate through obstacles.
The challenge? Complete the course as fast as possible while keeping your tray—and the drinks on it—intact.
Races feature multiple categories, including men’s and women’s sprints, obstacle courses, and team events.
The fastest and cleanest competitors win prizes ranging from dining certificates to hotel stays and Tahoe Knight Monsters game tickets.
What You Need to Participate
No prior experience is necessary, but a sense of humor and good balance are definitely helpful! Snowshoes are provided, but if you prefer to bring your own, you can easily rent them from local shops.
