Tahoe Triple Marathon and Tahoe Trifecta
The 21st annual Tahoe Triple Marathon is a challenging three-day event that features three marathons over three consecutive days, covering two states. Participants will run the Lakeside Marathon on Friday, the Cal-Neva Marathon on Saturday, and the Lake Tahoe Marathon on Sunday.
The races circumnavigate the 72-mile shoreline of Lake Tahoe with an additional six-mile overlap. Runners can also choose to compete in individual marathons a la carte.
The event has a maximum capacity of 200 runners, and the time limit for both Friday and Saturday marathons is six hours, with an option for an early start for those anticipating a slower finish.
For those interested in a half-marathon challenge, the Tahoe Trifecta offers three different half marathons in three days, with special awards for those completing all three.
Friday and Sunday feature downhill runs with stunning views, while Saturday offers a race starting from Spooner Summit. These half marathons are part of the California Half Series, and participants can get credit for completing three half marathons in one weekend.
Lake Tahoe Lakeside Marathon

Nevada Half Marathon

Shuttle buses are available for transportation to and from the start and finish areas for an additional fee.
Kids Super Hero Pumpkin Runs 2024

- Location: Lakeside Beach Children aged 1-10 can participate in the Kids Super Hero Pumpkin Runs, a fun event where kids can dress as superheroes or in Halloween costumes. The event is free, and participants receive a souvenir race bib, a hotdog, a drink, and a free pumpkin if registered in advance. The runs will take place at Lakeside Beach, offering a perfect activity for families to enjoy.
